Billing questions
What happens when I run out of credits?
On Free, requests stop until next month. On Pro, you keep going at $2 per 1,000 credits, and the extra shows up on your next bill. The default limit on extra usage is 2× your plan, and you can lower it or turn it off.
Why do bigger plans get more credits?
Pro starts at $2 per 1,000 credits. The $50 plan adds 10% bonus credits, $100 adds 20%, $250 adds 30% and $500 adds 40%, so the more you commit to, the less each credit costs. Extra usage past your plan is always $2 per 1,000.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your credits reset at the start of each billing month.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime from Billing in your dashboard. A bigger plan raises your credits right away; you keep what you've already used this month.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing and choose Manage subscription. Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for, then you move to Free.

Yes, on Custom. Email hello@ballet.dev and tell us roughly how much you crawl each month.
